Gatheringfight Restoration is a referral service. We connect homeowners in San Jose and the South Bay area with independent providers. If you run a water damage business, you may want to join.

These are not jobs with us. You stay your own boss. You keep your own crew, your own prices and your own schedule. We pass along homeowners who ask for help.

Who We Look For

We want contractors who do real water damage work. That can include:

• Water extraction (pulling standing water out)
• Structural drying with fans and dehumidifiers
• Flooded basement cleanup
• Mold-related cleanup and repair
• Rebuild work after the drying is done

You should serve homes in our area. Many are slab and raised-foundation ranch homes, older bungalows and mid-century tract homes. Experience with those is a plus.

What We Expect

Homeowners are often stressed. We ask every provider to treat them kindly and keep things clear.

• Hold the licenses and insurance your local rules require
• Answer homeowner calls and follow up politely
• Explain the work in plain words
• Give a written quote before you start
• Never promise what you cannot do
• Be honest about what insurance may or may not cover
• Respect the family's daily routine where you can

We cannot promise any set number of calls. Volume changes with the weather and the season.
